I acknowledge that I bear all the costs and expenses of treatment and medicines and accommodation in any of Jordans hospitals or in any of the Jordanian hotels or other places in the event that I was infected with the Corona virus upon arrival or during my visit to Jordan, regardless of the costs , in the event that I did not issue a travel insurance covering the treatment of the Corona virus or any other expenses not covered by my travel insurance at my own expense.
